ICYROX currently accepts the following payment methods:

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is one of the easiest
and most secure ways to pay on Icyrox.com. Simply choose Apple Pay as your
payment method in your shopping bag or checkout page when browsing *Safari
from your iPhone, iPad or Mac to complete your purchase.

*How Do I browse Safari from my iPhone?

Go to Settings and scroll down
until you find the browser app or the email app.  Tap the app, then Tap Default Browser App or Default Mail App. Select a web browser or email app to set it as the default.  A checkmark appears to confirm it’s the
default.

PayPal

You can now check out securely
on Icyrox.com using your PayPal account. Simply choose PayPal as your payment method in your shopping bag or checkout page to complete your purchase. You will be directed to your PayPal login page to access your account securely.

ICYROX Gift Cards

We currently can only accept
one ICYROX. gift card per transaction online. To use two or more ICYROX  gift cards in one purchase, please contact a

assistance.

Is the ICYROX é-gift card available in physical form?

No. The ICYROX é-gift card is 100% electronic.

No. Currently ICYROX does not
offer pickup for items purchased online. All items, except the ICYROX é-gift card (which
immediately delivered to your inbox) are available for next day delivery.

Items that require engraving are excluded from next day delivery as well.

Insurance

Fine jewelry is frequently
subject to insurance coverage. Although ICYROX does not directly provide insurance services, we are committed to furnishing the requisite documentation for your ICYROX item, facilitating its proper inclusion in your insurance
coverage. This documentation is complimentary for new purchases, and a nominal
fee applies for updates required over subsequent years.

While presenting the original receipt suffices for insuring many items through your insurance provider, in cases where this is not accepted, we offer the option to create
necessary documentation. Insurance coverage is commonly sought for diamonds and items exceeding a value of $10,000. 

Our Jewelry Care Guidelines

Ensuring the longevity of your jewelry involves simple yet
essential care practices. With regular attention, your fine jewelry can evolve into a cherished family heirloom. Factors like dust, pollution, and daily wear contribute to gemstone dullness, while the surfaces of gold, platinum, and
silver jewelry may lose their luster. Worn-out prongs and clasps can lead to stone loss or damage to the entire piece.

Professional Cleanings

Professional cleanings are advisable, ideally once a year. We encourage you to entrust your ICYROX jewelry to us for expert servicing. Our
knowledgeable staff excels in various aspects of jewelry care, encompassing gemstone cleaning, pearl restringing, and clasp and earring back repairs. If you are interested in scheduling a professional cleaning, please contact us here and be sure to note the type
of jewelry cleaning you need in the comment section. An ICYROX Client Care Specialist will reach out to you.

The First Rule of Silver Care

Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and sulfur-containing products. Regular usage reduces the need for extensive care, prompting us to recommend wearing your silver jewelry daily.

General Silver Care

Using a small amount of the ICYROX silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Rinse it thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry to remove tarnish and dullness, preserving its new-like appearance.

Note: Avoid chlorine and bleach, as they hasten tarnishing.

Special Considerations

Exercise caution with oxidized finishes, as excessive cleaning and polishing may remove this deliberate blackening meant to enhance decorative
details.

Storing Silver 

After cleaning and polishing, keep silver dry and stored properly. Our ICYROX velvet bags provide protection from abrasion and offer tarnish
prevention.

Gold and Platinum Jewelry

Between professional servicing, non-abrasive cleaners suffice for maintaining most gold and platinum jewelry. Regularly inspect settings, clasps,
and joinings to ensure security.

Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach, as it can lead to discoloration and potential disintegration. Adequate jewelry storage is crucial, with all ICYROX jewelry initially provided in protective boxes, cases, or tarnish-resistant pouches.

Gemstone Jewelry 

Certain precautions apply to all jewelry, while specific gemstones demand special care. Protect your jewelry from impacts on hard and abrasive
surfaces. Some gemstones, such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite, and tourmaline, are delicate and prone to abrasion.

Enamel can chip or scratch, and extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic
cleaning, and household chemicals can damage jewelry.

For diamond cleaning, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia, applied with a soft bristle brush.

If worn frequently, pearls should undergo professional cleaning
and restringing annually, with gentle wiping using a damp cloth between cleanings.

Taxes

ICYROX is currently registered to collect sales tax in the state of Florida and Nevada. Sales tax
will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. 

The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. ICYROX continuously monitors state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.

Currently we are only shipping to the USA.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Planet Friendly Shipping: $0
Available on all orders under $1,000. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 
Available on all orders above $1,000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive
your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Next-day delivery: $22 (Complimentary on orders above $3,300)
Orders placed  Monday through Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will
be delivered on Monday.

Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.  

Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature.

do not count toward the total amount. Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.

What products are
eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All
merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

Merchandise under $50,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise $51,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for
purchases above $51,000.

Merchandise must be accompanied by all original
packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.

Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not
eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within
the original country of purchase.

Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

How do I return
an online purchase?

Icyrox Diamonds offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

What will my
refund look like?

For online/phone
purchases:
 Credit or
charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made.

If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise
credit redeemable only on www.icyrox.com with the assistance of one of  our client care specialist.

What if I wanted
an exchange instead?
